Ibu Galih (in red) is Sherly's mother. She loves to gather friends and families and cook for them. In this occasion, she prepared fried chickens, grilled fish with spicy soy sauce, sayur asem (vegetable soup), fried tofu and tempe, fresh vegetable, and fresh coconuts. It was out of this world! -i-

Tidal Wave in Carita, West Java - 18May07

Recent holidays with family on Carita Beach, West Java (across the New Krakatoa volcano). A tidal wave hit the beach as we arrived and forced us to cut short the holiday. Nevertheless, we "Laissez les bons temps rouler!" ... :-D
