Back to Serpong, this time with the whole big family, to formally request Sherly for Wicak. The bonds are "tighter" now with exchange of baskets of gifts between two parties. In this occasion - sangjit, family members are introduced to one another and declared as ONE big family already, not two.

A long weekend in Bandung

Sherly's family spent a long weekend - the Easter holiday - in Bandung, staying in the clove farm house with us.

Securing Sherly

Coincide with Mira's birthday, we went over to Sherly family's house in Serpong to "secure" Sherly for Wicak, symbolized by putting on a bracelet and necklace to Sherly. Both side of immediate families, who are going to be one big family soon, are celebrating this happy moment. Cheers!
