BIG Catfish from Delmer's Pond
October 10, 2009.
Gabriel and Davin, John's boys, catch three big catfish at Mr. Delmer's pond.
Critters Pictures taken by a Stealth Camera
A feeder, tree stand, and stealth camera were installed at the end corner of back pasture (near catfish pond) by Brandon and here's the pictures that the camera has captured, in chronological order.
Five little pigs after midnight.
This big boar was feeding there for about an hour
(from 3.31 am to 4.27 am, captured in 18 frames)
A doe and a fawn in the early evening.
The big boar comes back.
The doe and fawn are back for lunch.
A squirrel and doe sharing corn.

October Rain
After heavy rain on October 5, the pasture between catfish pond and the creek is flooded for a little while.

Another One Bites The Dust
October 7th, 2009.
William (Wilbur's "godfather"),
got rid of one more pig.
Delmer, following his instinct or informed by Mike, came later to salvage the organs he likes (liver is one of them) and helped gut the pig.
The crowd.
Travis attempted to behead the pig so Delmer could have the other delicacies, i.e. tongue and brain.
Brandon was the last one to arrive at the scene.
