The Shed (http://www.theshedcafe.com/), one of the two main local eateries in Edom. It took us about 30 minutes to get a seat there during this festival.

The other main eating place in Edom is Edom Bakery (http://www.edombakery.com/) which offers newer and fresher menu besides home cooking style (its Strawberry Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette is good). It opened the one and only food booth in Tyler Airport 3-4 years ago. Their burgers and sandwiches were excellent to have while waiting on flights, but they closed it down about 3 years ago and replaced by machine operated snack and drink provider. :(
